Delete Your Account

1. Sign in to MP Connect.
2. Open My Profile.
3. At the bottom, press Delete my account. It shows what is deleted and what is kept.
4. Press Email me a code, then enter the six-digit code we send to your email address.

You don’t need the app. Sign in to MP Connect on this website and follow the same steps. If you are signed out, the button below asks you to sign in first, then takes you to My Profile.

What is deleted: your profile and sign-in, the messages you sent (except conversations with a pastor), files you shared, your posts and comments, and your place in groups, households and serving teams.

What is kept: your giving records, so the church can still provide tax statements, and pastoral and safety records. Kept records stay for as long as the church needs them for tax and pastoral care.

When: you can cancel for 24 hours. After that your account is deleted within two days of your request, and we email you when it is done. This cannot be undone.

Copies left in backups and version history are cleared within 30 days.

If you hold a role at the church, or you are the head of a household that still has other people in it, My Profile tells you what needs to change first and who to ask.

If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account and the church office will help.
